Please understand and acknowledge that payments for the services are non-refundable. Furthermore, we require you to provide 24- hour notice of a cancellation or change in appointment time, or you will forfeit a treatment of your package since treatments are by appointment only. There are no refunds if you are responding to treatment and decide to stop treatments.
